EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS:

Mr. Toro is the President of our firm. Has over 45 years of experience assurance in public accounting, tax and advisory services. Toro has an extensive experience in nonprofit entities, healthcare organizations, governmental agencies and municipalities. As a part of our advisory services division has serve as financial consultant to Mayors. Also, Toro is the lead of our business valuations division and litigation support, and has served as an expert witness for many lawsuits cases providing advisory and expertise in business
transactions, business valuations and economic and loss of profit reports.

Mr. Toro also had provided consulting services to the Governmental Development Bank of Puerto Rico in areas of tax compliance, sales and use tax laws, tax legislation and design of tax imposition systems.

As a part of our tax division, it has been involved in business and individual tax planning, preparation of request for tax incentives and exemptions, clients’ assistance in tax investigations by governmental authorities, estates and fiduciary planning and returns.
