Mr. Rivera has over 35 years of experience in public accounting with vast and extensive experience in the assurance of private entities. Also, has experience in assisting in the preparation of financial statements compiled, reviewed, and audited for-profit entities and nonprofits. Review and examination of financial projections and budgets (Forecast and Projections), financial planning, budget preparation.
In the area of management consulting for small and medium size business has been involved in the design and operation of accounting systems, purchase and sale of businesses, advice on labor law, finance, management, information systems and technology.
In the tax field he has experience in the preparation of corporations, partnerships and individuals tax returns. Also, in Tax and financial planning for businesses and individuals.
